Important booking information

Within the scope of this agreement, the temporary rental of a furnished holiday property via the platform MyVilla24 is regulated. The rental is provided exclusively for short-term accommodation purposes.

The party authorized to rent out the property shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Host”, and the party using the property for accommodation purposes shall be referred to as the “Guest”.

By submitting a reservation request, the Guest expresses interest in entering into a rental agreement. However, this request is non-binding and does not constitute a legally binding offer. A binding agreement is only concluded upon explicit confirmation by the Host and acceptance of the contractual terms.

For the purpose of processing the reservation request, including availability checks, contract preparation, and legally required identity verification, personal data will be processed. Such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws, particularly pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Guest is obliged to provide all requested information completely and accurately. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays in the booking process or rejection of the request.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps and contract performance), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations, e.g. reporting and verification duties), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in fraud prevention and security checks).
Please enter all guest details completely and correctly. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause follow-up questions, delays, or rejection of the booking request. Data is stored only as long as required for booking processing, legal retention duties, and legitimate verification purposes.

Terms and Conditions

The booking request is non-binding until confirmed in writing by MyVilla24. The General Terms and Conditions apply in their current version. By downloading this document, the requester confirms awareness of contract and cancellation terms.
  1. Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the accommodation price. Guests do not pay extra for these services.
  2. The accommodation is delivered to the guest cleaned and fully furnished. Cleaning services during the stay are subject to an extra charge. General cleaning fee: 0 TL. This will be paid by the tenant.
  3. The guest acknowledges and agrees that they will use the accommodation for temporary stay only and not for residential purposes. Therefore, they will return the accommodation, along with all its furnishings, to the landlord on the end of the stay, no later than 09:00, without any further notice.
  4. The accommodation fee will be collected in advance for the duration of the stay, and the accommodation will not be returned without payment.
  5. The guest is responsible for all damage, loss, and destruction that may occur to the accommodation and/or its contents during their stay. The landlord reserves the right to deduct such damage and destruction from any security deposit paid to them. In cases where the damage exceeds the security deposit, the landlord may demand that the damage be recovered from the guest. In the absence of damage or loss, the full security deposit will be refunded to the guest upon departure.
  6. The guest agrees and undertakes that they will stay in the said accommodation for temporary purposes and will not engage in any activity contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Furthermore, they acknowledge and declare that they have no relationship with the homeowner other than the accommodation service purchased.
  7. The homeowner has not made any additional commitments to the guest regarding services or products other than the accommodation service and the safe and appropriate use of the items in the house.
  8. The start date of this contract is the start date of the accommodation. The end date of the contract is the end date of the accommodation. The contract ends and is not renewed as of the end date of the accommodation.
  9. The guest is obliged to provide the homeowner with their own and the identity information and photocopies of the identity documents of the person(s) who will be staying with them during the stay. The guest cannot change the total number of people staying declared and cannot accept guests without providing identification for accommodation purposes later. The guest acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any legal liabilities that may arise as a result of this and that the property owner has the right of recourse against any legal sanctions that may occur.
  10. Guests may not accommodate additional persons beyond the maximum number of guests allowed in the property.
  11. It is forbidden to keep or bring into the house any cats, dogs, or other pets without permission.
  12. If a curfew is imposed on the guest's arrival date due to Covid-19 (Corona), the guest may change the date free of charge. (Subject to availability in our villas)
  13. Reservation cancellation terms are as follows: Cancellations must be notified in writing via email and/or fax. For cancellations made 60 days or more before the reservation date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. (fifty percent) For cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before the reservation date, 60% of the total amount will be refunded; For cancellations made 30 days or less before the reservation date, 100% of the total amount will be refunded; if the payment has already been received, it will not be refunded to the Customer.
  14. This contract consists of fifteen (14) articles. In case of dispute, the COURTS OF KUŞADASI shall have jurisdiction.
