Basis for bookings and the use of MyVilla24
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between MyVilla24 and guests who book a holiday villa via our platform. By placing a booking, you accept these Terms & Conditions in their current version.
MyVilla24 arranges and/or manages holiday villas on behalf of and for the account of the respective owner or operator. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the accommodation or rental contract is concluded between the guest and the owner/operator.
The descriptions, photos and prices of the villas displayed on the website have been compiled with great care. Minor deviations or changes within reasonable limits may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Unless stated otherwise, the prices are per night and accommodation and may be subject to local taxes, fees or charges (e.g. tourist tax) which may be payable on site.
A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by MyVilla24 and/or the owner/operator. Any deposit and balance payment deadlines are specified in the booking confirmation and must be observed by the guest.
Cancellations or changes to a booking are only possible in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to the respective villa. The concrete conditions (deadlines, cancellation fees, no‑show rules, etc.) are communicated during the booking process and in the confirmation.
The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care and to report any damage without undue delay. The owner/operator may claim compensation for damage exceeding normal wear and tear.
To the extent permitted by law, MyVilla24 shall only be liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body or health.
Unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise, Turkish law shall apply and the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of MyVilla24.
